	devs are smart to put in ice and limit it to random generated gear. that said, this serves to help the lower levels more than high levels

	Yeah, I spent every dime I had buying recipes and low ml handwraps to take advantage of this because wall know how much monks benefit from extra damage per hit . Now have 5 pairs of ml 12 or lower handwraps with the burst.
