So I did my first run of the shroud(failed) with my cleric and just got my WC bard flagged. I know I need Concordint Opp item for my cleric and a CHA item for my bard but just curious what item slots to put those in and any other gs items I should look foward to making after those are finished. I plan to leave my bard at 20 and TR the cleric into an combat healer Fvs after I get the gear gathered. Thanx for the help.

stat cannot be item except for wis so it means a weapon for your bard. That said, I,ll suggest you look at the Tod items before you craft. There is really not point to craft a gs only tone replaced by a Tod set. As to concordant opp, seems to me cloak is the best slot for a melée fvs unless u intend to have a cha item as cloak

Why on earth would you need a charisma greensteel item on a warchanter? Warchanters don't care about charisma all that much.

I'm guessing he meant an item to replace the cha item he is already using which is why my comment on stat only on weapons. I see many wc bards these days dumping cha to 8

Yeah, but why would you want anything other than a Bard's Cloak? You know you have to save the slot for when that thing goes epic anyway.

Correct(except for the CHA 8 part). I will be looking into the ToD sets to see what they can offer( still a newb). Thanx for the advice.

Have to look into the Bards Cloak. Have not heard of that item yet.
Thank you for the input I will do some more item research to see what I will want to get.
Thanks again.

In its current form it's nothing too spectacular. It's from the Reaver and has all of +6 charisma and 2 charges per rest of greater command. It is, however, the best slot to put charisma on a warchanter and the epic version will almost certainly be worth getting.

Yeah just looked into it. I already have a +6 cha cloak but the added preform will allow me to drop my perfrom gloves from my inventory. I dont usually use my facinate too often(faster and easier to beat stuff usually) except in places like the bases in VoN. GC clickie prolly comes in handy too. Thanks again.

The Bard's Cloak is from Vision of Destruction, not Reaver.
It gives +6 to CHA, +15 to Perform, and 2 clickies of Greater Command.

Oh damn, that means it's going to take longer to get an epic version.

Who knows? they started epic with Desert (mod 3) first and then hopped down to the Vons (Mod 1)

They did that because nobody ever ran desert. Plenty of people still run VoD and Hound.

The quests in GH, yes, but Reaver is really getting to the point of being lackluster. If Reaver's Refuge had a raid involved you could bet they'd be doing that right now instead of GH.

If that be the case... they would target 3BC, and the lower end necro quests.

3BC is actually played by a lot of the less hardcore players. The necro quests are a good point, but since they do the entire zone in one swoop the high level quests may hold them back. It's definitely a close second, though.
