	Dungeon Alert! Sometimes you just do not want to lick the lollypop and are just interested at the big lump o chocolate in the chest at the end. Not my fault you cannot put a fucking locked door or other barrier in your dungeon to keep me from going warp factor 6 to the end! Plus sometimes I am just in a nice enough mood that I think leaving a few monsters around to reproduce instead of killing every fucking one of them will help keep the game going longer.

Offer wall: Not sure if you have seen those facebook games (farmville etc) how you can earn 'points' in the game by signing up to various spam sites, visit dodgy probable trojan infected sites etc. It was basically that for DDO points.

	Dungeon Scaling should be on there too, though it has no chance of winning if Dungeon Alert makes the list. People wanted a solo mode option, not a "we'll dumb it down unless you're on elite" thing shoved down our throats.

	Ya know... pretty much everything in DDO except the actual D&D parts (and most of the graphics) seems to be epic fail.� Go figure.

	You forgot: having something based on the D20 system not have dice show up because it is "too hard to add". Did they use dice in Yahtzee? I forgot how old I was when I played that but I learned how to add god damn dice when I was 6!

	Oh, I could have filled up more, but I only got 8 choices. I'm still disappointed that launching a game called "Dungeons and Dragons" without dragons didn't get a vote. There is a pretty funny Penny-Arcade on that one, but I'm to lazy to find the link.

	I think you have to go with Reaver's Crafting. Dungeons without Dragons at launch is kinda humorous, but with a level cap of 10, what are they supposed to do? Give you a red dragon that doesn't move, fly, cast spells, use fear or barely use 10% of the capabilities that dragons have? Just stand there and breathe fire and occasionally hit you with a melee attack? (Basically a huge hell hound?) Um... The necro is annoying to run and the Necro 3 flagging quests are practically unbearable, but the first two are not that horrible. The offer wall was embarassing and certainly fail, but was it epic? Since anyone with half a brain would not be dumb enough to actually use it? Sorry. Not enough impact for epic level fail. Same with dungeon alert. It's definitely a bad idea, but how often does it really impact you? Yeah, there are a handful of quests that were more zerg-able before that are not now, but really the only time I see it impact a group is in a PuG when one of the party members is really ignorant and running off trying to solo the quest. If the party works together, it's never an issue. I'd rather it wasn't there, but it's hardly epic. Refuge crafting wins because it was the introduction of complete and total stupid grind into the grindless mmo. It was the first step on the slippery slope that turbine then enjoyed riding like a water slide into hell. A random loot mechanism that can make your gear WORSE over time...WTF? No doubt an Epic Fail.
