Huh someone is saying Shug doesn't like new players? Hmmmmm.
Perhaps you should ask around a bit about Aranticus.
No need. This isn't my first rodeo. I fell into the trap of actually trying to respond to one of his rants rather than just letting it wash by like a wave. I lost my main argument and started on a tangent. It was just derailing me from my main point anyway.

Eladiun you should create an unguilded alt and find out what the general population thinks of your guild especially since you wish to rebuild it and fix it up otherwise you will never really know. I had an alt that no one knew about and I used her for info gathering and checking out new guild prospects but that was back when I was very very picky about membership.
That's an interesting idea. I don't imagine that I will be doing it anytime soon though. However, I have a couple of 14's that I parked as banks when the cap was 14. A GR/LR could resurrect them.

Vaulties will give you a fair opinion since they have nothing to loose here. Mind you their opinions will be highly colorful
I appreciate it and I accept what we are. I'm not suffering from delusion of grandeur. We have good friendly people that range from total newb to experienced player but we have a good time running with one another and that is what matters. We help each other out. We take care of our own. If I wanted to run 50 raids a week I would be elsewhere that's not why I play this game. That's just a path to burn out and pain.
My point in reply to Ink is that we do not condone grief and poor behavior that will be handled. I'm not here to change minds about skill level that's a waste of breath, right or wrong, That can only be proven through in game interaction. Being labeled as a crap shoot because some players are good and some are poor is fine by me; being labeled as griefers is not.
