Well, you DID join a DoA shroud. I normally myddo the leaders of parties or raids to see if it is from a guild I know, or from one I avoid.

I've run with a guild group of em Disciples on my lowbie FvS, depths series.

They had a wizard guildie who kept zerging ahead, much to the annoyance of the group leader.

He was told to slow down and listen to directions, but kept zerging ahead.

In the end the leader asked me via /tell not to heal his guildy and recall out after the second quest so we could drop him.


Left me asking myself whats up with their guild...

They were also SHOCKED and AMAZED that I could take a 2-3 week break from the game and "Still be in my guild". Grin

I'm a member, and yeah, the officers recruit pretty freely. Too freely at times  Tongue, but we have some pretty good people, and some good up and comers. We are a casual guild, no doubt about it, and we have just recently started running guild Shroud runs, and many have not run it much outside of guild runs.

I doubt if an extra 15 minutes on a Shroud run is going to cause to many of us to be upset, it's just not that big a deal in the long run. 

As for me, I haven't run any of the higher level stuff yet, being my highest level character is a 15th level Ranger/Fighter (Tyanessa, maybe I've run with some of you on your lower level alts <shrug>).

So don't dismiss all of us because some are not up to your standards. Most of us are willing to learn, and from what I've seen running with my guildies, most have some brains, and are more than willing to listen.

The biggest thing that got me wasn't the time. I'm ok with that somedays.

It was things like "Don't touch the altar to P3. Wait for everyone to shrine."

Or the Mass Buff Picnic they had before P4.

Or the fact that 5 of them got killed as soon as we spawned in P5. Granted, they all got Commanded and Cometfalled immediately, then the Fire Ellie nuked, but still.

Just an FYI, many of the end game guilds view your guild as an Elite Empire-like guild, and DoA is on many people's DNG list.

I have had a few bad experiences with people from your guild not listening to instructions, especially in EVoN6.
