I did critize DOA at all. I was more giving a warning that I have learned from past experiences. When it comes to cleaning up a guild and I wish the leadership luck on setting up things. I was just stating His own words seamed to not like the guild much
And with is what is described is happening it will get a lot worse before it gets better, trust me I have been down this road. You want to fight the good fight always, but you have to be sure you know what the end result is. Is the juice worth the squeeze?
I wish no member of DOA any ill will and I hope you strive as a guild together.
And one last thing my name is Sisster, not Ssister
You are interpreting an awful lot from those two statements. Remember, statistically few players of any MMO read any of the games forums, and DDO is almost criminally short when it come to in-game documentation, so many, if not most new players are not going to know much that is needed to know about the mid to upper game (I am referring to the hair pulling comment here). Specifically, name an in-game source that shows the need for high fortification. One of our members thought a Minos, or the neck piece from Relics was a waste of a slot. He was somewhat quickly corrected, not as quickly as I would have liked (I myself wanted to see how it would play out, so I kept quiet), but after a couple minutes, someone gave a very long, and informative lecture on the importance of fortification.
As to the "free recruiting", I'll stand by that comment as is. Even though that is how I joined, I personally believe one should at least fill out an ap on the guilds web site, but YMMV<shrug>.
