As a fighter you should be able to solo it on normal, with pots and maybe a hireling in case you get stuck.

Also, how the fuck do you only have 500 hp on a fighter? Are you not capped?

You just said you were at 200hp for 2 minutes.  2 minutes is more than enough time to heal yourself back up with pots.  Get some Silver Flame favor for heal pots.  And con is not a dump stat.

I was stuck at 200 hp because like i said i kept trying to use pots, but kept getting hit doing so. So I was stuck at the 200 hp range for a while

That split should have been able to solo Prey.

You have healing with the ranger, amp with the monk and you should definitely have more HP.
