ddooring in shroud is a relic of a time long ago, and it should be stopped.
I'd say half the people don't even know why ddoor used to be used. (Back when recalling out of the shroud would put you in Korthos, you goddamned noobs. Get off my lawn!)

I see you and Stainer agree with Norg.

There are people who only need tier 2 shards for other types of crafting and hung around to help out (and get 2 chests). I didn't think it was a big deal as it takes less than 5 seconds to throw up a DD, then the person walks out quickly.

But it seems like you always get the person who would rather type in "Thanks, I am recalling" and then starts to recall. /Death is quicker since they aren't getting an end reward but they are just fucktards who are bound in Korthos.

It mostly irritates me because simply recalling is much faster than using a ddoor. /death is even faster!  Recalling takes ~5 seconds? Depending on how long their load times are, it could be 2-3 times that long to take a ddoor.

DD is faster for me. I could take 3 DD's by the time I could of recalled.

The funny bit is how people actually care? DD or recall, you are still waiting for people and those with shitty connections to make it outside and drop group.

Out of all the things to complain about, I don't get why this is up there. I know some people have issues they feel the need to vent in game...but it's just a w ste of time arguing over it IMO.

I really don't care how folks get out if they want to leave in Part 5 as much as we know that they are going to leave.  I usually teleport out myself if I'm going, and I type it into party chat and say it over voice so that folks are aware.  What pisses me off is that when I ask is anyone going to be teleporting/DDooring/recalling in part 5 and get NO response and then some idjit rages on me if anyone in the party clicks the altar after killing Harry.  Those folks who can't be bothered to let us know their intentions to recall should shut the fuck up and chalk it up to their own asshattery.

Yeah, but then you get a chicken winged guy squawking at you and pecking at your feet. Totally not worth the opportunity cost.

Wandshaper from Seekers of Justice. Today during shroud he had a pet and was told do not go through to part 3 with pets. Waits to go through then summons an elemental that will break a crystal then dc's...

Can't we just agree to add all of Seekers of Justice at this point?

I hit an LFM for DQ1 flagging from a guy from SoJ.  He had 5 people and was looking for a 6th for one of the groups.

He declined me.  I sent him a question and he told me I was declined because I was in the crafting hall.

He was just the latest SoJ to ingratiate themselves to me.

Khyber gets all the awesome guilds. The bad guilds on Sarlona are just bad, nothing creative about the badness at all.

Did a speedy normal Shroud with Mrs quirrel's healer (think the name is Arkalen or something like that). The leader was an FvS who clearly said it was a speed run and throughout the whole run, Mrs. Q was telling everyone what to do and generally trying to slow it down - you must wait for X, don't kill all the devils cos the bladez will eatz us alive!

So what does he do... he DIs the FvS at the end of pt 4, denies it, even though he was the only one who could've done so and once the FvS dropped at the end, bragged about it and said how the guy was zerging and deserved it.

As if pugging Shroud wasn't painful enough without people purposefully trying to grief it!

What exactly does DI in Shroud part 4 do? How can I use this to grief people?

AFAIK it'll prevent the victim from dying and being ported to part 5, keeping him out of the part 5 fight. Can get chests once the fight is over and the portals open - if it completes minus a healer.
