Frets is a great guy and I believe it's for the best leadership was transfered. But wow, just wow, mass recruit doesn't mean you have to get the first player that shows up. With its 2 best players gone, I'm worried about the skill level of ER.
They got Belaya/Belegis in. I remember when I was leading a lot or raids this was the one guy I wanted to avoid at all costs. As he was the neighbor in RL of a good friend that joined my raid, I would take him in if there was a dead spot.  The guy cannot communicate (poor english - written & spoken), he can't handle shit when you give him an assignment and he is on the same intelligence level as Airborne child. On the other hand, he seems like a nice and honest person, but you obviously can't base an elite raiding guild on the honesty and personality of its members.

I played ddo for 4 years, people improve and become better player.... Most.... A noob just doesn't change. You probably exhausted the chances others give. For me personally, 2 runs is all it takes to judge a player. 1 if you are exceptionally sucky or have an attitude. I have taken people off my list but it does take some time as grouping opportunities are limited. You want people to take you off their list, work hard to build up your rep again
