Not sure what you mean about first timers not having the equipment, all they need to do is go to the store and buy a bunch of those +1 Acid and Adamatine weapons and just pwn the raid..

You mean you dont just spend all your money on TP?  Then your not the kind of people Turbine wants playing anyways...
