I rolled on the shield and subsequently placed on some guy's squelch list, for winning it. My toon is barb/ranger/rogue and I take hits to the face and sometimes want to turtle up and to reduce damage while tanking.

Is there something I'm not getting, am I not allowed to do that with this particular shield? Should I not have rolled on it in the first place? There was not much drama as he wouldn't answer me as to why I was squelched, sorry to disappoint.

Anyway, is this shield reserved for some other class?

edit: I also said "thanks man ", but I doubt even the most massive of dooshes would squelch me over that.

i was in a vod run, clr ran out of sp and stopped healing. at the end, fp dropped for me. the other clr asked if it was for roll. when i was considering it, the non healing clr rolled on it and this made me make up my mind to pass the fp to the other clr. the non healing clr then proceeded to bitch about it and then put that toon on squelch

recently i joined his guild's raid, he asked me for who my toons are and i skipped around the question coz i know he wanted to put me on ignore but after a while i decided no harm and gave him all my names. he then dropped the party. after the raid, his guild was running a next and i joined again which he promptly quit again. boy that brough me and steelrock the laughs

Barbs are a shockingly versatile class, since most see only one way for them to be played.  It does not help that Turbine has also bought into this mindset and has since modified enhancements to align with it.  Hopefully someday they will follow up with their promise to deliver more than 1 barbarian PrE, so we don't all have to run around like a little brother, always hitting ourselves.

Levik's Defender is awesome just for the DR & heal proc, and is great for almost anyone.  Anyone who want it for the AC probably needs to reroll, and be counter-squelched.
