	I was just listening to ddocast, and one of the devs describe it (near the end of the interview). +2 strength when health is below 50% an additional +2 when health is below 25% an additional +4 when health is below 10% Edit: Forgot to mention that they have a brute fighting line as well.

	It's easy to get excited. Then you'll remember that half orc strength will probably be bugged to decrease with health, that a number of other bugs that hinder players will still be there, but the ones that help players won't.

It will be interesting to see how they possibly can nerf those poor bastards anymore than they already have. -30% movement rate maybe? +100% threat on ranged attacks? Half Str bonus on both hands when TWF:ing? On a more positive note, it's nice seeing they are changing the AP cost of shite skill-enhancement lines that are needed for PrE's to 1/1/1/1. Will free up some Action Points here and there.

After all that sweet talk I gave it a shot, browsed through a lot of cocksucking but couldn't find it again, sorry. I thought it was in one of the bug-fix lists, something to the effect of "Corrected advantageous bug for Tempest " or in that vein. Maybe it was edited out, maybe I read it somewhere else, maybe I was mistaken. But I would guess that it has something to do with Tempest 10% still being applied. But we will see.
