Second: I can just see the mega-HP builds coming back to take advantage of this. 1400HP build is still 700HP at 50%!

I'm looking forward to this as a fresh source of PUG drama. The stale raid-loot assignment hasn't produced anything worthwhile for a long time, and neither has class-exclusion or MyDDO. This has some potential; from the half-orc players themselves, to the stressed healers, to all the rest loosing 10% XP.

Yeah, it was referred to as the "Orc fury enhancement line" in the interview.� I would guess that it is available in 3 tiers. No mention of how long it lasts (timer or while your health is below the specified amount.)

	Looks like Tubine made the HOrc strength bonus when the health falls a non timed buff. If you are below half life you get it but goes away when healed. Per Hokonoso on lama land forums: Quote: it's a toggle so it lasts as long as your hps are lower than the threshold and disappears the moment you get healed. I'm sure it will help lag in raids when there are 4-6 Horc melees with constantly fluxuating STR. Easier on the system to make it a timed buff with enchment lines to increase timer and what not.
