	I saw the link in 1 of the threads on the other forums. As I was filling it out, I was wondering what leg a premium player had to stand on. This is when I closed the page. Any suggestions?

	Turbine is a company, not your friend. If a company you have been loyal to suddenly changes their product so that it either is worse or not even working any more then only a complete fool would continue to patronize them. Business only understands one thing, the bottom line. The posters above who have a delusional perception of their relationship with Turbine seem to be suffering from Stockholm syndrome.

	lodge enough complaints with BBB and turbine might just situp and finally take notice...but somehow i doubt that any company who so liberally distributes bans without fair warning or explanation would care much about their standing within the community. It clear that Turbine have the "law unto themselves" chip on their shoulder.

	I think you guys and girls are barking up the wrong tree. If you want to get Turbine's attention, you aim at their soft underbelly. How many times do we see Turbine promoting all the great press they get from the various MMO review and Gamer sites? Organize and register your complaints there and let their reporters ask Turbine the questions for you. I think many here have been wronged and just adding my 2 cents.

	Well, the usual problem is that we can't seem to get together and form a larger group whoch could be heard. As to BBB... Turbine has an A+ note! That's a fucking joke! I, for one, am in to try and bring it down towards an F.

You have paid money to them in advance, for future services. They are failing to provide that service. You do however have to give turbine a chance to respond to your complaint before you can raise it with BBB. Turbines complaint system is through their ticket system. =/
