Antique Bronze Tokens Turn ins

I had been saving these up and decided to finally cash them in.

Once you click on the topic that states the cost, the tokens GO AWAY.

Every time you could choose GUILD REPUTATION if you did not like the loot.  The loot changed EVERY TIME.  I never chose Heroic guild Rep.  It had to be higher, I did get some impressive guild rep and that was worth 2200 rep points.

Stuff I will use
Gloves +6 DEX level 13  only +6 item I saw
Cloak Resistance +4 Level 11  I put resistance cloaks on all my characters unless I get that Kardin's Eye
Cloak Resistance +4 level 13
Necklace Haggle +11 level 11  tough to find pure haggle items
Goggles Blindness Ward, Spot +5 level 7 (elf, drow, half elf)  I like to play drow so I chose this

Stuff I might use
+2 Ghost Touch Longbow of Precision Level 8.  Not sure if I can use it in Vault of Night.  I just bought Vault of Night, so I chose this for the precision.
Gloves STR +4, Perform +3 level 11 put these on my 10th level bard at next level
boots DEX +4, Balance +3 level 11
Gloves STR +4, repair +3 level 11  I don't own a warforged
Goggle +4 INT, SPOT+3 level 11  Can always find +4 goggles at the vendor

Stuff I am going to vendor
Goggles +5 INT, +3 search level 13
+1 weakening short sword of enfeebling level 10
Ring +2 Charisma, +2 resistance level 11
Bracers AC+1 dismissal 5 charges level 13
+2 Axiomatic Burst Greataxe level 10
Boots Striding +5%, Tumble +11

The token turn ins are shit.  It's a nice lottery for newer players, but other than that, it's just another "chest".

After the renown system started, I dumped about 6000 tokens I had accumulated on renown. The few reward lists without trophies made me sad.

When I have a massive stack of 1000 or so tokens I usually wander over and hit the 75 token jewelry option about a dozen times. Usually junk, but gotten nice 5/day divine power clickies, +6 stat items at ML 9, and other random but good items.

Basically mostly junk, with the occasional solid gold item.

You can get some pretty nice items from the jewellery turn ins.

Stuff like ML9 +5 stat items with no RR, ml9 +6 stat items with a RR etc.

Handed some in today and get some +10 rogue skill items with a RR, ml7

Mob and chest drops from the desert. Turn-in's in that pack's town off to the northwest. Rewards for the min level 9 to slay, 10-11 to quest, range from min lvl 4 random gear to min lvl... 9 I think is the highest I've seen offered? Also had em drop in necro 3 of all places.

The Desert.  They drop randomly throughout the adventure area in chests, as well as some dropping in the quests.

I tried this on my level 8 TR, and got renown offered every time.

2,250 tokens = 17k renown, of which about 9k was before medium guild bonus

I posted it to guild, and another guy turned them in on his level 20.

2,400 tokens = 0 renown.

I'm not sure if the level had something to do with it, but be careful!

It wouldn't surprise me.  If token turn in's were a leveled quest...

I just got that impression after you spent 13 pages calling out eladiun for being an interwebs bully when anyone who's been posting on here already knew that.  I mean, he's proud of it and hardly tries to hide that at all.

Not that this necessarily means anything, but you might be on to something. I am pretty sure it triggers a "quest completed" popup when you do the turn in.

The turn-in does have a level. I think it shows up in your MyDDO quest log.
