Failure rate on Spectral Dragon

So...how often have you seen this raid fail?

I've attempted 3...1st went like a charm and the following 2 failed miserably.

Succeeded in ~15, failed 0, I'm probably just lucky judging by other people's experiences.

failed the first 2, easy success afterwards.  Of course, I usually just enter the instance then go do something for 15 minutes.  I don't mind piking free scales.

yesterday about 2:00pm we had a raid grp yet some how got thrown into diff instances. Neither instance had 16 people in it. The instance i was in didnt even have enough people to cover altars/pull switchs so it failed fast.

Yeah, that pisses me off with the dragons. They need some way to try to get people in the same party into the same instance.

Only failed 2 times during the first time around.  Once I was lagging bad...rubber banding the whole time and kept loosing red bar when I didn't have anything around me.  The second time an alter got destroyed.  Lag fest then but I was on levers during the first Mabar visit.

Haven't failed once this time.

I've upgraded the cloak for each level on my rogue, A docent to epic, a robe to epic, wraps for each level of my monk, 2 more robes at lvl 8 and two more at 12 for characters that can't cast night shield.  Working on a second robe set.

Only failures I experienced were when I was not fast enough getting in to the instance. Was probably 3 out of 20 or so, 2 of those altars were destroyed in other rooms and 1 was a long, long time that resulted in a slivered dragon moving on after the time was over.
