Parts 4+5: haste and rage are the most important, but once Harry drops in you might as well debuff him with waves of exhaustion/ fatigue.  Make sure they 'take' by looking at his info, and then just start polar raying him.

Raid bosses don't take the slow any more, but it's still -6 to Str and Dex. Not quite so broken as it was, but still worth it.

Disco balls suck in the shroud, get your mass hold dc up and zap em...with a good caster in the shroud no other team member should have double digit kills, your goal should be to kill everything but harry, 3 Lt's and portals

Get some spell pen and a decent d/c and forget about hold...Wail of the Banshee works better because you don't have to wait of the melee gimps to kill everything

Pretty much all been said.  Part 2, I throw 2 or 3  max/emp/ext/hieghtened FW's on the crystal and it's instant done (I prefer this method over the waiting til the shield is dropped and dis because I've seen a few close calls where a mob is about to hit the center and come back and that 2 second delay would cause another round of kills).  The stacked FW's mean it's dead immediately. 

And FFS, learn how to do the puzzles in part 3!  3x3's are not difficult, 4x4's solve themselves, and 5x5's are a big 3x3 (solve it down, then when you're left at the bottom row with unlit spots, look at the first three tiles on the left, ignore the last two on the right, and pretend it's a 3x3 bottom row and hit the corresponding top row, solve down again, and done).

One last thing. 

Someone mentioned save 30 sp in part 4 in case it goes 3 rounds.  If you have over 125 kills from part 1, leave.  It will only get worse.
