	Any bets this doesnt get resolved until at least Monday sometime? They probably will not even start looking into it until Monday 9AM. For a large multi-million dollar gaming comapany, they seem to have strange ideas on emergencies and work hours. 9-5, monday to friday is working time, and thats that. If anything happens outside that time the customers can just bend over and take it up the old poop chute until the next working day. Sad when a freaking McDonalds has a longer operating hours/work week then they do. And probably better emergency planning to boot. But I have faith that they will give us 10% XP boost for a few days to make up for not really giving a shit, like they usually do.

	The only thing I am drawing right now is on a very limited reserve of patience. My one full day a week I can play DDO, and instead i'm doing laundry and watching piss-poor sunday afternoon programming becasue im bored as shit.

Pads the post counter� What's probably happening right now is a few core people from operations are looking into the problem, while the rest of their ops team of hundreds of hamsters are out playing with their kids. To be fair though, throwing extra manpower at it probably wouldn't help speed things up that much anyway.

	As annoying and frustrating as this is to all of us, for us it is just a game or diversion, while for them it is their job so I am pretty sure they take things like this seriously. As for someone mentioning how McDonalds is up for longer hours with better coverage, well one of the recent times our family stopped at one, you could get anything you wanted, as long as it was only fried. The "grill" was broken. You could get fries, fried McChicken, etc, but no burgers at all. By the standards of some on this forum that McDonalds was incompetent since they did not have a back up kitchen on standby for when we stopped in there... Look I am fairly frustrated too, I had been planning on playing a lot this afternoon, but instead have been doing paperwork, reading this forum, and all sorts of Non DDO stuff.

	I am willing to bet if they implemented a motivational plan of hourly floggings for all staff members until the problem was found and fixed, work would go much faster. And as a plus, they would not even have to hire new staff as floggers, as I think there would be more then sufficient customers willing to offer their services at the moment, pro gratis.

	That broken grill at McD's is bullshit. They said the same thing to me, there and at Burger King. I bet it was probably later at night, right? It's just a bunch of lazy assholes that don't want to work. However, I think the story is still fitting....

And this is why I'm in Engineering, not Ops. In engineering you're rewarded for what you do. In ops you're punished for what screws up.
