My Monk wants them, and I've ransacked the Coin Lords Chest no less than 5 times on 2 toons looking for them on Elite...no dice...

Anyone wanna tell me why this is? Am I in the wrong place?

Umm, maybe you should try hard.  Loot chances are better.

What update had that feature add?

I believe that it was after Amrath, but I really don't know.

Heck, for that matter, is there a DDO adventure pack/mod/update timeline with major revision listings anywhere?

Every time I've seen the Wraps drop, it has been in the Medusa chest of EOS.

As a side note, I've seen them drop more on Norm than any other diff.

Happy hunting

Some people on the forums keep spouting off about finding them in the Coin Lords locked chest as well, which is easy as shit to get to. Run through, open door, unlock chest, ???, Profit... but no wraps yet

Always get mine from the end chest in Eyes of Stone. Get rocksplitters, blades of fury and the gorgon armors from the locked chest. Never seen handwraps anywhere but end chest. On elite.

Since the Assault on Stormreach chain is pretty straightforward and since you can pay Astral Diamonds to get the marks, I'm surprised that people aren't using that chain to [farm + buy] plat.

I expect to see at least a few Vampiric Stonedust Wraps and Maiming Rocksplitters on the AH, but it's empty of them at least on Argo.

Yep, no vampiric on Khyber AH either...had to buy a pair of vengeful for my dark monk...although getting free rage is nice, saves on pots Smiley

They are on the AH on Ghallanda. 6-700 k for the Maiming.

Will do. I know Nick sold a pair and 4 Maiming Rocksplitters on the Argo Forums a bit ago.

DAAAAMN....

I know what I'm doing later this week.  Rocksplitters are cheap on the AH and it seems like hooked blades and marks have been dropping like gumdrops for me.

agreed. they're easy farms for the most part. just the damn wraps that wont drop for me...I have pulled 4 of the Khopesh and turned 2 into the maiming splitters, then added the Bodyfeeder one to the other two... ran the piss out of the chin when it cam out (I was at lvl this life) and pulled everything, except the damn wraps =P

2nd set is worth the points. fun chain, decently difficult (couldn't solo at lvl elite with a hireling in Undermine) and good non-GS loot for lvl 12. good all around pack imho.
