This is what I have currently -
Lvl 20 GIMPED ftr twf
Lvl 20 GIMPED Barb thf
Lvl 20 GIMPED Cleric
Lvl 20 GIMPED Monk
Lvl 12/6/2 GIMPED ftr/pal/mnk
Lvl 20 GIMPED sorc - really meh
Lvl 14 GIMPED rgr/ftr TR1
Lvl 13 GIMPED FvS - meh it is ok... been setting for about 5 months
Lvl 13 GIMPED Bard - working on this one
Lvl 10 GIMPED Paladin - bank toon
Lvl 6 GIMPED FvS - destined for a reroll
Lvl 4 GIMPED Barbarian - Just started
and a Waar(tm) toon

The sorc is going to be TR'd into a AM Wiz. The ftr/pal/mnk will be TR'd into a HO rogue.

I am doing my best to keep the ftr/pal/mnk off timers so I can get him 20th completions in Shroud/ToD/Reaver/Hound and VoD, then TR. I am working on getting the Bard and my current TR to 20. Between all that I fill spots in guild raids and work on GS ingredients.

I think I just need to focus on the characters I want to lvl and TR and leave the rest alone, except for shroud.

I tend to focus on a new character exclusively for a while, and mix in a little raiding on anyone who is after some specific item when they're off-timer. Same for TRing, though I tend to be even more focused when leveling a TR.

Now that everyone I'm really interested in playing is capped (at the moment), I've been doing mostly just raiding and epics after specific gear, bringing characters who need completions or ones that fill a role as needed.

He's almost, but not quite, as focuses as he is when he goes on "dates"...just grinding for the right gear to make it work... Wink

My characters need an extensive backstory before I can play them.

As an altaholic (36 Characters) it's mainly a what do I think I want to do during this session then once I get settled from logging in, ask in guild if anyone needs any of the army. If I get the silent treatment I stay where I logged in and go about my business if someone needed help that I can give I switch and go with them.

I usually start reaching for the Halfling bane or Halfling Slaying Arrows when the "Army" appears... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

But seriously... I try to level my characters to cap where I either keep them at 20 where they are playable, TR them to something else, or retire them to my shroud mule army... Grin Grin Grin

I always bounce around between toons. Sometimes I will get locked into one if I have a goal in mind for them.

I'll admit it I'm in an identity crisis where my toons are concerned (RL no crisis...I have multiple identities =P).

Among my four accounts, I have been neglecting all but one account, that of Hordiva, and will likely have all the character slots there to 20 (and stopped) by the end of this year.

That will force me to once again play the Hordo account consistently until I cap those toons (including whatever TRs are in the works).  At that point my two premium accounts may come back into play and get some attention, but until then I'll stick with my main Hordiva account.

So, today I decided to go and delete 4 of the characters on my main account.  One was my s&b khopesh fighter Karinna.  She was the 3rd or 4th character I created in DDO.  I also deleted 1 of my clerics Raezhel, my rogue Jerianah, and my barb Saalindra.

Now, I have to go back through all their equipment and sort it out(all 9 of my bank characters on my 2 premium accounts are now full)...so I'm probably going to spend the next week doing inventory and selling stuff cheap on the AH...just to get it out of my inventory Wink

Saal Smiley

Glad they changed the inventory problems some, but still going to have to sort by levels, named items, etc...
