Now his Kensai builds after this are not bad, they are just kinda average and nothing unique. Really anyone could make these.

But but I did find this gem:

ARGUMENTS IN SUPPORT

As aforementioned, great melee DPS combatants can be built from the Monk, Rogue, Ranger, and Barbarian classes. Below are some reasons why I believe that the Fighter is the best melee DPS combatant build in DDO.

1) The class of Fighter enables building upon the Strength statistic, which is the most important statistic for melee DPS fighting. The Monk class' primary statistic is usually Wisdom, while the Rogue and Ranger classes build upon Dexterity (if damage is the primary focus). The Barbarian class is indeed intended to be a part of that great DPS build, but it focuses on Constitution and Damage Reduction. The Paladin can be built for melee DPS combat, but nevertheless relies upon Wisdom and Charisma in order to be a complete Paladin, and thus Paladins rely on magical abilities as well as other abilities, thus making them less concentrated on melee DPS combat than Fighters. In all, each of these classes lends to improved damage per second. But the versatility and the obvious focus of the Kensai Fighter build prove that DDO parties need a Kensai Fighter to be the primary melee DPS combatant.

2) While it is possible to allocate Strength to above classes, and even doing so as a Half-Orc, there will be a 3- to 4-point deficiency in Strength if not building a melee DPS combatant from the Kensai Fighter build. Also, tailoring a Rogue Assassin, let's say, towards Strength as a primary statistic will jeopardize the many valuable responsibilities that a Rogue is expected to carry out. The same argument is applied to Monks, Rangers, and Barbarians. Thus, one would have to gimp a Rogue, et al, in order to make him Strength-focused, and yet it would still not be as good as a Fighter.

3) There are builds, especially from other classes, that enable some form of specialization against certain types of enemies. (For example, the Hunter of Dead Paladin perhaps succeeding better against Undead due to certain magical abilities that the Kensai Fighter does not possess.) But overall, pound for pound, the Kensai Fighter is the premier melee combatant against all enemies. This reliability makes the Kensai Fighter the go-to pick for melee DPS combat.

So yeah, only kensai fighters are Str based with dps, barbs are all about the DR and hp, monks about the wis, rogues about the traps, rangers about ranged.

To all of you who do not believe Godh hath made the perfect GIMPS, tremble before the might, tremble I say and convert!!!

Godh shall smite you with MODS!!!

Amen.

Ya, he's for real.

Those other servers might get epic drama queens, but on Argo we get epic levels of crazy.

I'm hoping some of them will migrate someday, but so far no luck....

Fortunately for us, for the most part, they've been kind enough to label their lfm's "no ck", or "no aok", or even "no multiclass", so that we don't have to bother pre-screening any random lfms we might be tempted to join.

It's always nice when the cattle herds themselves into the pens for slaughtering.

Yes. You can choose between his Con-dumped Air Savant, his Con-dumped Mechanic, his Con-dumped Cleric, or his Strength-dumped Barb and Fighter.

Welcome to noob hell.
