Not me. If I did, I don't know what I did with them. I pulled some goggles with two types of arcane +'s on them though.

I did Springroll's 20th ToD last night and lr'd him to pick up the pali past life before I TR. My lack of basic math skills has left me needing to do one more LR. Jaxx noticed this right away but I logged off before he could make fun of me to much.

Its nice to see THG get some respect after all the crap they have had to go through to establish a good rep in Khyber.

If the old man approves, I must concur.

They are nice people for sure. I think Sisster and Eladiun are as good as any I have grouped with.

Some things to keep in mind when running with them over other high level guilds -

They are more social than most, at some points that being primary over blasting through the quest. When you group with them, you should expect that.

They are a lot like MAC in that an extended AFK is ok with them for whatever reason.

Since they do most raids in house they have some of their own quirks on how to complete. For instance in shroud pt 5 I am used to someone standing on the altar to push Harry off, then surround and kill. Helpers group way off to the right and let Harry come to them. That can cause some confusion with people not used to that method.

They will do (at times) the mephits end fight in Genesis. I had never done that before and I am pretty sure I caused them a lot of pain with my noobness.

Cheesy  Awwww, shucks...  She is still glowing over tanking ToD last night.

Some things to keep in mind when running with them over other high level guilds -

They are more social than most, at some points that being primary over blasting through the quest. When you group with them, you should expect that.

It gets too boring when you take the fun and social out of the game.

They are a lot like MAC in that an extended AFK is ok with them for whatever reason.

Sometimes...  sometimes you get me screaming get your ass moving.

Since they do most raids in house they have some of their own quirks on how to complete. For instance in shroud pt 5 I am used to someone standing on the altar to push Harry off, then surround and kill. Helpers group way off to the right and let Harry come to them. That can cause some confusion with people not used to that method.

Yeah, we tend to drop the last boss in front of the SW pool and let Harry travel to us.  Got in the habit for couple reasons: 1) No one is near the altar to accidentally pop it.  2) On Elite runs you are right at the pool for healers to run in while casting. 3) Seems smoother less chance of someone getting behind the altar or something else equally stupid.  As long as everyone is there, he drops in throws a fireball and charges over.

They will do (at times) the mephits end fight in Genesis. I had never done that before and I am pretty sure I caused them a lot of pain with my noobness.

This was mostly my fault.  I didn't give clear instructions to stay the fuck here while I pull the mephits back.  The way it's suppose to be done which doesn't involve me running backwards going shit they are still on the bridge and promptly falling off the edge is:

The caster usually goes up and pulls the bridge switches one melee or an FVS runs out and gets the three named mephit at first, second, and third base so to speak and pulls them home.  The mephits are push overs and you have like a 30 second window to kill all three.  It's an easy fight.

Thanks, Siss and I have been having a lot of fun running in with y'all as well.

Oh trust me, I noticed and you will suffer.

Best part of you logging for the night was you replying that it was "Bed TOME" which got me to chuckle.  Now I am not sure I should have passed that over as you were obviously a little too excited, maybe to the point of Mrs. Stainer being forced into an uncomfortable position last night  Cheesy

Hmm, it is called courtesy. It isn't that hard to go back out and reform. A loss of 2 minutes just to help out the puggers isn't bad.

So, was in an EVON3 run. It looked like a trainwreck, but I enjoy them at times, so I joined up on a gimp  Wink!

Catalyster (Helper) was the leader. Explained what he wanted done (Cat runs ahead and fascinate, everyone hit the same one before waking up others).
Falcon (World at arms) was doing fine by UMDing heal scrolls.
Astraghal was there holding his own.
Forgot the caster, but it wasn't a well-known person.

And then there was Icanhasheal (also a Helper)... It seems he didn't care what the party leader was saying.  Looks like swinging a two-hander. AOE spells going around. People choosing their own targets.

All we could hear on voicechat was Icanhasheal bitching about it being the slow method and to just go kill stuff. Even at the end, he was chewing out the party leader for how slow it was.

We finished, but he needs to ratchet it down a bit and shut the fuck up!  Lips Sealed

I believe that when the party leader explains how he wants it done, you can voice your opinion about how it might be better, but if he still wants to do it his way then suck it up and play his way (especially when it is a guildy)!  It may be a slower way, but it wasn't fail until people were trying to make it fail.

LOL, this is not a story that shocks me.

All I will say is that some players need it explained to them in simple language.  I tend to go with...

"Shut the fuck up and do what I say or drop and start your own group."

Lol.

Got my keepsake the other day, joined a ToD.  I thought it was a norm run.  Well, after we formed, they decided hard (or it was decided beforehand and not reflected in the lfm) and I was thinking, oh shit.  I think I died 3 times?  Once with the jailer and judge, double cursed the blow back into spikes then hit my faith heal thingy instead of loh (I really should separate the 2) which had a long enough cast time to kill me.  Then twice in part 2.  Only have 463 hp raged, if I knew we were doing hard I would of let them grab someone a bit more hefty.  hehehe.  Got my belt though, nothing else.
