	I have a question about scroll farming. I just recently got a caster to cap, and I tried my hand at epic farming for the first time this week. I tried OOB, and after the first 8 scorpions, I spent about 7-8 minutes running the big scorpion boss around in circles before I got bored and quit. I think he was down to about 30% health. I was using firewalls (although I'm not fully specced in fire). Was I doing it wrong? Is OOB just a bad quest for this? Is farming just a tedious exercise in running in circles?

For farming the Desert, DQ1 or Wizking are better. In DQ1, drag everything to the scorpion pit and go to town with AOE while chilling on the ledge. Then invis and grab the Monkey and Octo chests. 3 chests and a shot at some scrolls about 7 minutes. OOB is bad mojo. The drow have SR out the pooper and the scorps are tough. They can be fingered or drained and fingered because they don't have the SR of the pure drow but it a tough farming quest.

	I didn't get why that thread went down hill so fast. If I had XXXXX scroll and I set a price of 2 bajillion plat, three azure gems, a +1 adamantine plate mail and 55 Red Dragon Scales, if someone wanted to buy it, well, you can all suck my 55 dragon scale having dick.

That's not cool, man. Now that we have crafting to use metal types on weapons and armors, adamantine plate mail has gotten really expensive. Don't drive the price up on epic scrolls by asking for metal type weapons and armor like that. Not cool.

	Reading that thread, I don't think he was "shilling" as he never posted a bid until he was asked to. Rare drops have gone through the roof recently. Couple weeks ago, I got 6 red dragon scales (FRD's) for a PLIS. I remember when they sold for 1, maybe 2, million plat.

	oh, right. wow 6? shit I don't see that being worth more than 400-600k since it got changed. (that's the spell absorption one right? or is that the purple one?) i see the archmagi one being worth like 1-1.5 mill, maybe 2.. the spell absorption is neat, but meh to me I guess. to each his/her own
