U11 raid?

Apparently there's going to be a high-level raid in update eleven. I assume this will either be Aberrations, to finish off the Xoriat storyline, or Demons, to continue the Shavarath storyline (and expanding the wilderness). Anyone know what it will be?

OK, this may be a stupid question, but I've read the VaultLeaks info, Fernando's keynote, etc., and I'm still not clear.
Is this House Cannith stuff referring to the introduction of Cannith-themed quests, the addtion of dragonmarks, enh lines, etc., or referring to the introduction of an actual new Cannith Enclave?
