	It's radeon not something stupid like intel integrated. Just a piece of shit laptop that should be running better than it is but overheats a lot, etc.

Overheating - many ways to fix that for a laptop - just google laptop cooling system. My assumption is based off of info that you and blank_blaster gave me.
