	My main is a WF monk(light/windstance). I am currently in the TR process.� Working on his 3rd fighter life, already have 2 monk lifes and will take one paly/one more monk and 3 rogue lifes.� My question is for the stance I'm in what gear offers more dps-the Epic Claw set or Epic Charged Gauntlets? Current gear layout Head-Epic Frost Goggles-Tharnes Necklace-Shintao Cloak-Epic Envenomed Belt-Epic Morronan(spelling?) Ring-Shinitao Ring-TOD(+7 dex) Gloves-? [Claw? Charged Gauntlets?] Bracers-?[Claw? Greensteel? Epic Demons Consort? Epic Jidz-Tet-ka?] Boots-Epic Boots of Corrosion Trinket-Bloodstone DT(Working towards Red Scale) Thank you inadvance Ph

	For most DPS, I'd go Epic Bracers of the Claw and Epic Gloves of the Claw. The set gives you +4 UNTYPED damage on EVERY hit. That's +84 damage over 20 attacks (-4 because one will probably miss over 20 attacks i.e. rolling a "1" on the d20. You'll get an additional +8 with unarmed crits on a 19-20.) and the Charged Gauntlets give you an average damage of 70 more Electric Damage on a Vorpal Strike (which happens on the average once every 20 attacks). Stuff immune to electricity (like the DQ) takes NO damage from Charged Gauntlets but the DQ and everything else will take the +4 damage from the Gloves/Bracers of the Claw set. Not only will the DPS be higher with the Gloves/Bracers of the Claw, you'll also get 30% Healing Amp from it. If you were to go Epic Charged Gauntlets, definitely go with Epic Demon's Consort for your bracers. Edited: Added extra +8 Crit damage with Claw Gloves and Bracers set. 	Another possibility: if you have a pirate hat with seeker 6, you can swap out bloodstone for epic gem of many facets, which frees up your bracers slots for Jidz Tet'ka (which gets an increased die step in earth stance). Here's what I've been planning for a 12 monk/8 fighter dark monk/earth stance Head: Pirate Hat - +6 Seeker, +15 Concentration Neck: Oremi Trinket: Epic Gem of Many Facets Cloak: Min II +45 HP, +6 CON skills Belt: Knost's Ring 1: Encrusted Ring 2: Oremi's Gloves: Epic Claw Boots: Madstone Bracers: Epic Jidz-Tet'ka Armor: DT � 10% Amp, 20% Amp, Destruction Goggles: Epic Raven�s Sight/Tharnes

	My monk setup is this flesh: (note, I have most of the gear, not all yet) Helm-red dragon cloak-epic envenomed cloak boots-epic boots of corrosion/boots of anchoring bracers-epic scorched bracers(green slot and +3 profane str) goggles-epic ravens sight gloves-epic claw gloves trinket-epic gem of many facets belt-encrusted ring-encrusted ring-shintao neck-shintao Armor-im going to get the red dragon, more because I want a set and everything else would be better off with something else-for a dex based monk (im assuming since wind stance) I would get the epic fom docent from von 6. A custom DT docent as nice as well. Obviously just use the augment slots for the few things you would be missing.
