	I'm definitely going to start bug reporting again...and often...to see if they put their money where their mouths are. He's definitely been talking a good game though and the recent changes with Silver Flame/Yugo + crafting show they're at least listening somewhat.

	That is really fucking awesome. As a new player who's just barely starting to learn about the behind-the-scenes dramas of DDO development, even I can tell how much of a step forward this is in the DDO QA process.

Jerry, are you listening, yo? (I'll keep it open and check if anyone else has posted it up tomorrow) What would also improve things immensely is the in game guys having more powers to rectify situations, e.g. lag o clock issues etc. I do feel the "submit a bug report" is used a bit to palm off the difficult stuff because they don't have authority to make any decisions / hand stuff out that would fix issues. But, yeah. Good to see a bit of rapprochement.

	Even when I disagree, (and I think it's obvious by now there's times I really, really vehemently do), they do get some respect for showing they're decision making process amounts to more than throwing darts at a board now.

	Well folks, it looked like cale was about to get a good hit in. But rest brushed the hook off like it was nothing and countered with a reverse backfist to the chin. Is cale down for the count?

	I fail to see why you guys are impressed by this... Memory leak answer...it takes time to fix things (duh?)...it's been in the game for years. Sulu chest answer...I will not talk about specifics... So great he will not talk about specifics and will only talk in generalities...how is that different then anyone else at Turbine for the better? He's not owning up to responsibility, he's not saying X bug that people seem to really care about is very high on the priority list, he's not giving eta's on any bug fixes...instead he's telling jokes. Only guy at Turbine who deserves ANY praise right now is Genasi. He' trying. He listened to feedback, got specific, and asked for more details. He obviously was trying to get better at his job. Dunno if that will continue in the future, but it was a damn lot better then we usually see from Turbine HQ.
