	"Astral Diamonds were conceived as a different type of currency in game. Yes, they are available in the store for convenience purposes, but they also drop in game. We have increased the drop rate of these in Update 10 Patch 2." any confirmation? i havn't noticed any astral diamonds in any chests yet. link to it: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=330366

Don't know if they are dropping more often though.

	I've pulled a few on different characters. Rare. Worthless since you can't trade them and airship dealer only takes a min of 5 at a time.

	are the astral diamonds in crafting even in game yet? i havn't really messed with crafting more focused on lvling up characters i've been negelecting

"� You can only turn them in to the ship vendor in blocks of 5 too. So I may have 5, but they are on 5 different toons.

	I just checked my Astral Diamond and it is now Bound to Account. It was previously Bound to Character.

	There are 3 types of ADs...BTC, BTA and Not Bound. The not bound ones were very short lived and I'm fairly sure they don't drop anymore. I still have one on one of my toons running around that was mailed to me by a guildie. The BTC/BTA ones are the typical ones with BTCs being purchased via the Turbine Store, and the BTA ones being the ones you pull from chests.
