Turbine Employee Overview

I have got several PMs from folks asking about the Turbine folks that come here. Mostly "are they ok", or "are they out to get us?". Here is my take, which can be taken with a grain of salt.

Mockduck (Cordovan) - Community Rep. Good guy. Mostly here to find problem threads on the other forums. May help with issues if you PM him nicely.

majmalphunktion - Lead QA dude. Here for extra bug (and prolly exploit) hunting. May respond to PMs. Probably has an ulcer the size of Texas.

404error - Mournlands monkey. Takes it as a personal affront that someone would leak ML info. Has a sense of humor. Not sure if he has changed his opinion any about having a discussion with folks on this forum. May be worth PM'ing. No way in hell you get on ML if you are a Vault regular.

There are some other folks from Turbine that use the forums, but unless they out themselves, I won't.

I, for one, welcome them here.  Do I wish they would participate more?  Sure, I do.

They are put in a tough spot on a site like this as both a gamer/player and as a Turbine Official and needing both hats on at once.

We get it folks.

Just jump on in and tell us about your questing and what you folks like and dislike and what we might be able to do better, maybe we have some tips for you too.

I look at this site as a way to engage in an open, unfettered dialogue...take advantage of our open attitudes and let's get some real DDO-Loving dialogue going here.

Something tells me you folks like the game, too, so share our enthusiasm and relate to us the fun of your gaming.

It doesn't.  It's a big scam perpetrated just to make everyone that's not in on the secret feel bad. Wink

DDO-loving dialogue as opposed to Dispel-hating dialogue?  I think you have lost your mind Hordo to even suggest such a thing.

Oh Dispel, sometimes I wish you'd shut your bloody gob, for a change.

And yes, this was worth breaking my hibernation.
