Biggest one for me:

Metamagic feats can now be applied to specific spells. Players can select a spell on a toolbar, click the right mouse button, and set the metamagic feats that apply to that spell.

General Spell Changes

Hurray!

They said all changes in U11 won't be out right away but will be rolled out.  Guessing that is one of them.  They also probably want us to test some of the other things besides having everyone roll an Artificer right away.  Tongue

-Yeah I've lost a fair share of pots b/c 2 hours into it i wanted to LR hehe.. or I TR'd with like 10+ hours left on an XP pot

"Slayer Count Boosts now pause while in dungeons."
-I like this!

Uh interesting:
  • A new bonus has been created that awards players for running quests consecutively on hard and elite difficulties.
  • This Bravery Bonus is a 5% bonus (10% bonus on Elite) that will "stack" up to five times, or until a player runs a quest on Normal difficulty.
  • XP Rewards for first time completion on normal, hard, and elite are now 25%, 40% and 80% respectively.

ATTN DISPEL:
  • Players will now receive a buff to their maximum hit points while in a PvP arena or Tavern Brawling Area.
  • There is now a 10 second immunity timer when a player enters a Tavern Brawling Area before the player's PvP flag is activated.

it says "Coming soon to Lamma"

A new crafting recipe is available to reduce the minimum level usage restriction on a crafted item by 2. The recipe is called Masterful Craftsmanship I, and requires a special Bound to Account item that is only available from a House Cannith favor vendor or rare treasure drop. Currently, House Cannith favor can only be acquired by high level characters, but this will change in a future update.

Dragonscale Armors no longer require special repair shops.
Crafting vendors in the House Kundarak Cannith Crafting Hall will now properly buy and repair equipment.

I'm guessing they want to trickle things out if the released these first there would be 2000 level 1 Artificers on Lam and no one breaking the quests.  I also imagine there is an ass load of documentation to write.

Some nice unexpected changes (or slightly unexpected)

Viewable goggles is a step in the right direction. I like it even though we had a hint with the screenie.

Assigning metas to spells is long long overdue. Glad they got too it, hope they got it right, or get it right shortly after release Smiley

Buffing the raid bosses is good. Im very happy about that. Especially if the n-e scales well.

Im interested to see how the ui changes to health bars implements. Ive always thought it was way to simple the way it was. Hopefully this is a step in the direction of more customization such as volume sliders Wink

Lowering Ki costs on higher end ki strikes is also a step in the right direction after the autocrit nerf. Hopefully they continue to tweak it. Although I havent played my monk in a while, I plan to start playing him tonight again.

Increased xp is good. Especially after all the xp nerfs the past few years.

More crafting tweaking is good as well, though its just a slight tweak this time it seams. Taking +3 tomes out of the boxes makes me happy Smiley

I'm sure they want to demo them at the up coming cons and therefore not provide a sneak peak until then.  Need to have priceless Fernando video drooling over his Inspector Gadget.

Doubtless. I see that the handwraps fix only mentioned ghost touch on crafted - what about alignment based, and ever other broken handwrap effect on live?

I think the look is cleaner, but extremely buggy.  Ki/SP overlap and is illegible. SP listed is either incorrect or added to classes that don't have it, and player slots 6 and 12 just don't show up.

I do not like the HP/SP bar ... suppose may be a way to toggle it back to the clasic and show actual values rather than percentages.

Of exceptional note... on observations I think human will be among the better races for a base on artificer, which is cool as they lost some application in some other classes (particularly twf melee) - I will not go into scope of here... I'll let you number crunchers figure that out. Wink

Epic items now have finally antiquated GS in end game areas.

Will have to check it out latter am going to download the lam client again as mine is kind of flakey currently.
