Caster level 9
Target: Friend, self
Duration: 13 mins
School: Transmutation
Spell Resistance: No

Your Targets Currently equipped armor gains Equip Effect: Quickens the wearer causing them to attack: 15% faster than normal. In addition the recipient gains +1 enhancement bonus to attack rolls and plus one dodge bonus to AC and reflex saves. An item can only have one temporary item enhancement on it at a time.

That's a pretty good duration though and given that it can't be dispelled (only disjoined possibly and that will depend on coding) that's pretty outstanding.  Single target, sure, but that's still pretty sweet.

This is Turbine.  If there's a way to fuck up something good, they'll find it.

Still with extend on with Artificers this will be the new thing in ToD.  Every melee will have this cast on them then boots on don't worry about haste now.

There will likely be similar alternative buffs... for example (just making this up):

Not trying to rain on anyone's parade here, just trying to keep expectations in check.  There's 1 in 10 odds that it'll change to self-only by live  Grin
