Completed first time this go round.

13 pots used, maybe 70 heal scrolls.

Part 1:
Kited Judge up top with an evasion (rogue)
Jailor threw us immediately, regrouped by south door and beat him down.
Two healers killed with Jailor at about 60%.  Bard went at 50%, then the tank at 40%.
Debated about calling it, but the lone remaining healer wanted to go on.
Finished killing the Jailor, then killed the Judge.
Could have saved 4 pots here pretty easily.I was one of the dead clerics, and I didn't think he got near me to throw me.  A bit of a learning curve for the kiter, but he took no damage after the bard died.
South door is the way to go.  Would like a better method of waiting for the door to open though.  All four deaths were caused by spikes.

Part 2:
Kited shadows instead of tanked (fleshie).
Cleric with enlarge kept cold protection on kiter and called incoming shadow positions.
Piece of cake.

Part 3:
Horoth tank healer used 6 pots.  Suluu tank healer used 3 pots.  Party healer used none, and switched out to Horoth tank for final 40%.
One death of Suluu tank.  Chain curses on a fleshie.  I'm guessing we could save a pot or two from that.
Had two rogues and a ranger assigned to trash.  DPS was way to light.  Altered tactics and the arcane did FtS for crowd control while all melee were on the bosses.  That worked much better.
Mass invis.  Whenever we had a healer not invised, we recast it on them.  Helped a ton.  I had several orthons walk right by me, then sight aggro on someone else.

Got both chests.  4 Rings, no tomes.

South door for sure. Just stay in the lava with backs to the door and very little chance of getting spiked then. Then move into it when it opens.

Light DPS in pt3 is a drag, and caster/s on trash is the best, as you found out.

Was it fun though?

Don't use SF pots while in there unless you have your Wisdom item on, or you'll get cursed and die. Really fast.

It was fun.  Other than part one I thought we made great strides.  Killed Suluu, and roughly halved our mana pot usage.

People were starting to bring the second string into this one -- including me falling on the healer sword.  Only about 4 of 12 were mains.  Fay threatened to boot me if I scheduled another one.  Since there is an extra week between now and U11 I'm going to schedule one anyway.

Holy crap, what did you use for a tank -  a toon with no healing-amp or heavy fort?

About avg. When lots die in pt1 and ppl bring less than their best toons. Sulu takes forever and trash builds up. I don't care if u need favour don't bring ur Gimp to elite tod.

Anyone else do this since U11?  We have two completions, they first was pretty bloody but the second wasn't as bad as we came up with a better strategy.  The HP now is absolutely insane and the bosses have about 80% fort.

That's pretty crazy.  It really puts the kibosh on all the khopeshes, eh?1

Good point.  I'm ok with the khopesh proxy-nerf, but rogues?  Ugh.
