Lol, I think I covered that in the thread Jen made asking about others experience.  I can get so far with my guild, not all of them are geared out the way some of us are, and most of the ones who are on hiatus.  There is about 7 of us who are active on a norm basis.  Epic we can get get to the bosses, who can't right? 

Anyways, So, we decided to work it up so we can farm on whatever is most reasonable.  Norm is easy, hard is next, and I expect elite will be the farming mode until we are more comfortable.  Gimme two or so weeks.  Bam, Ancients isn't full of endgame minded people, just some of us.
