Solo'd this last night on my Wiz on normal, killed about 40 trash mobs, then went afk and ate dinner while the Titan killed the devil.

Ran Elite 3 times since the change and no issues at all...except the massive lag and orange alerts wit ha full party.

The amount of mobs that spawn is quite comedic...they are exact clones and it's pretty cheesy.
