	Agreed. He's refreshingly honest and genuine. I hope he has a thick enough skin so the bastards don't grind him down. It's been a while since we had this type of interaction and feedback regarding bugs and such.

It is working fine for me, and if I say it's fine, there can be no problem". Sorry Mal; but thats a double fuck-up on the QA's part. A) You let this go live without catching/noticing it and B) You call the players liars when they catch it for you. On the plus side; he does seem to have the Turbines contempt for the players/customers quite down pat so I am sure he will go far in the company.
