UI survey from the "other place"

Per Tolero:
We're looking for some brave volunteers to share their feedback about DDO UI features using our new survey tool! If you'd like to participate, click here for the survey.

Notes:
- There are several ongoing discussions about the recent UI changes. This survey is a more general look at how you interact with UI while you play. We welcome you to keep participating in the ongoing UI discussions that are happening in the forums in addition to taking the survey.
- For this first run the survey is available in English only. In future additions we hope to offer French/German translations too! All players are still welcome to participate and if you need help understanding the questions, just ask!

Thank you so much to everyone for offering their feedback and trying the survey!

Here is the link to the Survey page:

I just got that impression after you spent 13 pages calling out eladiun for being an interwebs bully when anyone who's been posting on here already knew that.  I mean, he's proud of it and hardly tries to hide that at all.

If you're going to be pathetically pedantic in order to try to call someone out, you at least ought to pay attention to little details.  You know, tiny details like days.  Sad

30.

But considering you can't count days anyhow, I'll let that one slide.

Also, it's been 4 days since I posted outside the Khyber forums, and 6 since I've posted anywhere but in my own thread.

Actually usually processes wthin the human body happen in 28 days. For example, it takes about 28 days to replace the cells of a human being's epidermis completely. Women's menstrual cycle is 28 days, the lining of the stomach and intestins is new every 28 days...so on and so forth.

Now....that is where the notion that most aspects of change or modification for human beings supposedly take 28 days. But with habits there's a bit of a different story:

There are physiologically 2 types of habits:
Physical and psychological. Physical habits (usually related to neurotropic substances) are ony bound by the permanence of the substance in the body.

Phycological habits also vary, depending on the particular neuro-transmitter that they are caused by. Dopamine related habits (such as mood-related habits) take 16 weeks to be fully changed. And others, related to fast-acting neurotransmitters such as Gamma-Amino-Butiric-Acid can be changed in about 7 days.

But that's just getting really technical about this. Either way, you ain't quit shit buddyboy Wink

Filled in the survery; and the "comments" box at the end.

Very short survey for something with so many changes.

I do disagree with Tolero's "Shorter is better" idea.

It is the players that would be perfectly willing to tackle a multi-page questionaire with optional comment fields that will give Turbine/Devs the most thought-out and revelant feedback on the UI design and how to improve it.

Six-ish multiple choice questions making up the entirety of the survey just gets you much more of the "I like Pie" short attention span, non-intelligent fuckers mucking up the survey with their random button clickings before something bright and shiny distracts them.

Longer would have been much better.

lolololol

Really super technical, you guys.  I know some pseudo-scientific shit about 28 day cycles, because everyone knows that posting on web forums and refreshing the epidermis are pretty related and all, you guys.

But I also know some incredibly basic shit regarding dopamine receptors, you guys.  And that shit is REALLY TECHNICAL, you guys.  Really super technical.  Ignore the fact that every point I made in my super technical paragraph completely undermined my retarded and shitty 28 days theory, though.  Please.
