	I hear these stories about BSA and wonder WTF the Post/Troop Leaders were doing. Never saw that kind of attitude about religion, nor did we ever have a problem with pedophiles. IMO, it is the same old story of someone using their position of power to twist things to their own ends, ruining the organizations' reputation. Kind of like religion.

I was the only non religious guy in my troop and no one had a problem with it. It is a top administration thing. If you are atheist/agnostic or gay you are not allowed to have anything to do with them because you will corrupt the children. Edited: I was wrong. You are allowed to be a member/scout if gay. You just can't have any kind of leadership position. And if you come out you get demoted.

	We didn't have boy scouts, we had pathfinders. I got kicked and had all my badges taken away for knocking out the head guy, whatever they called him. I was only 12? 14? It is pretty funny to look back on. Sad part is, I had two sashes full. I think it was worth it though.
