No, you cannot join my sapphire/ruby farm if you are looking for emeralds. You will be disappointed.

No, you cannot fill the rest of my group up with hirelings, especially without asking first. Stop fucking throwing a hissy fit when I tell you to dismiss them.

If I ask you to stay center, then goddammit stay center. I do not want to be laying torches in the waterfall and turn around to find the entire group behind me and hear "A kobold worker has a kobold worker a kobold a kobold worker has died."

If you are a caster, there is no excuse for telling me there are purps in an area and not attempting to clear it before I get there. And when you actually just left it and went somewhere else, you are a brainless tard.

Do not run away from a mob/red named/bad splinter and drag it straight into the group of kobolds. We're supposed to be trying to protect them. I hope you don't fucking babysit.

No, you still cannot have a spot for a hireling.

Stop dropping heal torches every ten feet!!!!!

You know what, all of you just leave. Just recall and drop. I hate you all.

It's certainly more efficient to solo farm for gems.

How far off are you on the shards? (I'm assuming you know the run Butcher's Path / Kobold Assault / other kobold related harbour quests till your eyes bleed trick for speeding up turn ins to open the damn thing again)

It's my bedtime but maybe a distress call here will work.

If you are only farming the gems, why are you trying to complete?  Get a couple casters and split up.  NE, NW, SE, SW, you can clear and recall and reform in under 4 minutes.  That is how you farm gems.  Screw the completions.

I'm on Graceana right now, and actually finally put together a decent group when I moved it from lvl 16 to lvl 20. I just gave up on the lower level tiers. Lvl 20 means I can pull people that know me. I still need 83 gajillion shards though, so any are welcome to come help out.

Farm at 20 - 25, most folk are using that as tard filter Mark 1. Solo at 16 for whatever random level 16 shit you want, that will drop you all the rubies and sapphires you could wish for (and given you can cap from 16-20 in a day what the fuck do you want out of there at 16 apart from maybe the triple arcane lore dagger?

Yeah, I was trying to farm for the gems for the lower level dagger and thought, "Hey, I can get xp for my ranger at the same time!"

Screw that shit.

If you thought CC pugs were bad, wait until that dragon decides to show up. Every group is a forced pug(lovely), and the communication is an even bigger jumbled clusterfuck. Oh, and the lag. Can NOT forget about the lag. What you CAN forget about though is questing while that's going on.

I ran Maban last year, so I may just skip the dragon this time around and just farm motes so I can upgrade my main's cloak to level 16 and get my arti a level 12 one for future use(Deathblock and blur on cloak = <3). I have a few scales from the last time, last I checked. I so want to also get some stacks of those restoration potions.

I ran Mabar last year, so I know about the dragon. I'll probably do the same - farm motes and buy the upgrade shit I need. It looks like you can buy the scales this year (can't remember if you could last year), so no reason to play with the dragon really.

I kinda liked the dragon. It was like a leadership stress test.

I didn't have a big problem with the level 20 Dragon runs last year, but I went in with a different perspective.  I just treated it like a fun opportunity to burninate some undead stuff and recalled at the end so I didn't lose my key.  Sometimes, we happened to kill the dragon, so I stayed in and got a scale in exchange for the key.

...but mostly, it was just fun to burn things.

Oh man. From a healers perspective it was lame. I would be yelled at for a heal and yet the refused to drop party from all their friends in a different instance.  I learnt just to send a tell to everyone in the room and if they didn't party me too bad. It's an easy thing for a divine to solo.

And no I won't rezz you if you're not in my party either.

Easier to stick on the levers.

Very very stressful in a lot of ways with many people refusing to understand you needed to COOPERATE.

I wonder if they've changed that mechanic this year?

I'll probably go along for the car crash. Kinda fun when idc

Another huge peeve of mine: the method of turn ins was done in such a way to greatly penalize those not in a US timezone.
