Sounds like his big cannon.  It's AoE, so you can get hit without having aggro.  He raises his arm for a few seconds beforehand to charge his lazer, so try to look for that, and run away when he does.

And Ronny's aggro is kind of weird... sometimes it seems like it's random, sometimes he sticks to the tank like a good boy.  Not sure what that's about.

The purple titan's aggro pattern is that of a ranged mob. That means when you get aggro he runs AWAY from you instead of
towards you and tries to range you. This can be used to your
advantage since once you get good at it the person with aggro
can back him into a corner and essentially bug him out. The
tells for the blast are pretty easy to spot too and once you
see them actually getting out of the way isn't too bad. Usually more an issue for whoever's kiting/tanking the other guy and can't see well.

Don't worry - I can help you with this situation.

Take off all sources of Constitution, Greater False Life, Toughness, GS HP, etc.

Put on two Uncleased GS Accessories with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Do not accept raises after the inevitable happens.

Loot the chests after 11 other people carry you through.

Problem Solved

Though really... I hated doing this on my Rogue.  Die once, lose all tasty buffs, have Death Penalty to-hit, and yet *lower* HP, all while fighting Crit-Immune mobs in an antimagic field - well, it's just not a Rogue's raid.
