Here's the rub though. If QA did their job and reported all the exploits/bugs/etc to the correct channel and got told, "suck it up we're deploying anyway." They solidly did their job also and now were made to look like fools by someone pushing the release out anyway. With that I'd think they'd feel ok with throwing the people who pushed it out anyway under a bus.

	No telling who is doing what. My read is that QA is taking the heat for the exploits, and the Major is trying to say he and his staff need time to do their jobs. He gets tons of credit in my book for being open on other issues, but in this case it looks like he's trying to deflect blame. I would hope that Turbine would look for systemic reasons for the slip-ups and try to correct them. Not fixing the factors that contribute to the miss while trying to assign blame just means they'll have to go through the same ordeal again.

	I dont see QA as a major issue here, despite it sucking. Thats a directors fault, not the department. Either DDO leaders are 1.) not giving QA the resources to do their job (time and man hours) 2.) giving them 1.) understanding QA is sucking and not doing something about it or 3.) getting a response from QA that stuff is going wrong and pushing it though. Sucks
