I'm not sure what you would consider to be 'improvement,' but I'm not exactly here to evolve as a person or as an Internet poster.  Not that I think that I'm perfect already, of course, but I'm also not working toward some self-improvement goal.

I'm sure that plenty of people will think of me as a dick and a nuisance for not letting it go and settling down, but I rather think it's a natural cycle.  It's actually sort of a favor to Arkat, pathetic waste of skin that he is, as the blowback from the fact that I won't let it go will help to heal his reputation with the kind of anti-drama peacenik that is bound to object to the fact that I just won't let it die.

I wish there was a course like that, and the Vault would be the perfect place to do it.  Setting up little classes for awful players to work on their self-improvement.  Though I was thinking of it as being better at forum posting, somehow.  I'm not sure what we could do other than grammar lessons.  Maybe workshops on the definition of trolling and/or internet tough guy?  How to make a decent argument?  Not flaming Arkat: special edition? 

I'm really interested, tbh.  Now that I know I'm improving so slowly, I'd really like to know how to quicken the pace.  I want to be really good at forums.

Just commenting on the hate dripping from each letter you send Arkat's way. An observation really. Maybe it is the perfect pseudo scapegoat, I don't know. I just know it is as cringeworthy as the Nex-Wizzly exchanges, as most of your other arguments, thoughts and opinions are much more eloquent.

I can see that, and in a way, what I'm doing should be sort of cringeworthy.  I recognize the fact that for the average, sane member of the forum, it's got to be kind of shitty and grating.

I just think that Arkat committed an offense against the community in a specific way that involves not getting the flow of social dynamics and thus will repeat itself in a potentially worse way, unless something changes.  It might be stupid of me, and it's entirely possible that I'm miscalculating, but it has the side effect of being ridiculously enjoyable for me. 

That said, I'm not married to it, so if enough people have had enough already (when really, I just barely started) then I'll probably just forget the whole thing, fun and all.  Wet blankets.
