	that Turbine didn't really try to offer any "recompense" for their fuckup on the CE delivery and Cake. Usually, when they have screwed up, there was so much whining and crying that they at least gave us +2 loot weekends or bonus XP weekends. I guess they figure they have so many customers now that they aren't worried about it. Of course that doesn't explain the lack of threads of people threatening to quit.

	Oh, don't get me wrong... I was happy... but with all the bitching that went on all week long with some people requesting refunds for it because it was late, and based on the way idiots complained in the past, I just figured there would be more idiots this time. You could say that I'm pleasantly surprised. Now if someone would make Qaliya go away on the forums, I'd be even happier.

	I'm very critical of Turbine . . . but they fixed this fuck-up in like two days and we did get some stuff like a free upgrade tome, etc . . . I don't see what the big deal was.

Oh they test them before live). Giving my preorder another 24 hours then cancelling it.

	Turbine tests. To think they don't because a bug got released into the live world is to be ignorant of how software development works especially with something as complex as an MMORPG. And, yes, when the bug affects people who paid $80 and didn't get what they paid, the company is going to go into crisis mode to resolve it. If a company didn't go into crisis mode in such a situation, that's when you could say that their "customer service" sucks. Turbine did good here with the problems they experienced. My original post was essentially wondering about why there weren't more people like livefreeordie who expect perfection every time and can't handle that sometimes there are technical problems that may affect them.
