	I get this little pop-up every time I come here now... wasn't doing it yesterday... seems virusy.

	Has anyone else gotten the stupid contractual agreement thing every time they log on to DDO? It's a minor thing but it gets annoying.

	I have popups disabled, so I can't read it by clicking ok. I was able to read it by going to UserCP and then clicking on Broadcast Messages, though. Hopefully this helps anyone that also has popups disabled.

Ya, I've been getting that a lot. I think it has something to do with the way I two box. (Both installs on the same harddrive). I'd also had a few problems getting my second install to update/work at all after this last update, and the issues were related to the TOS files. I ended up having to tell the second install to "run as administrator" to get it working at all, but currently when swapping between the two installs, I get to reconfirm that I've read the two documents every time I login. 	Ok. Very annoying. Am I not part of the big kids club or something that gets to see it? I get the popup, hit Ok and it brings me to BroadCast Messages, which then informs me that there are no messages..... Happens on every page, tested multiple computers. Is there an access level required to see these? When I click on User CP manually, I don't even see a link for Broadcast Messages.
