	Turbine has historically only offered this level of deep discounts in advance of moving content from premium to free. Any bets on how soon they're going to do that for these packs?

	well they sold me, i bought up all the low level pack i didnt have. had those 2000 TP kicking around from the preorder and was not going to turn down 75% off. grabbed necro 1, sharn, 3BC, and sorrowdusk. i dont see turbine rolling those packs into f2p. even if they do, i wont be bothered. the current pattern i see with turbine is to get everyone more adventure packs, better loot, and faster xp which imo is in an effort to get us all geared up and ready for the expansion. the expansion is going to be the new hallmark of DDO, so i think they want to get as many people ready to play it, and play it moderately successfully when it launches. they dont want to launch a turd that half the player base cant/wont play.

All 75%-90% off just before it went free. edit: didn't stop me from buying the last few packs I didn't already have, though. It's only a few hundred TP either way, no big loss if it does go free.

	Probably the only way they'll get people to buy 3BC. Even with the Fire Caves exploit.

I own all of these packs, but it might be worth running through Korthos on a couple of servers for an alt account to pick up a couple of these packs for that account.

	If you just do the 100 favor dash on all servers for the first time bonus, that's like 1200 TP right there.

	75% off for a weekend is extremely out of character for Turbine's recent strategy. It's either a trial of a new strategy, or those packs are going free in a few months.
