I've had a few minor run ins with them, but they're good players, and I'll still run with them anyday.  They tend to be heavily guild focused to the exclusion of pugs, so if your time zones match and you're looking for a new guild, I'd say this is a good opportunity for you.

Also, their leader is pretty much accepted in any endgame lfm. Seen him in prophets, ER, WL, etc runs.

As for standards, I put "Slightly Picky" in my LoB lfm's and just take whoever hits the lfm. I will say something and ask them to drop if they have like 250hp or something.
