I've gotten this email on alt accounts that I no longer use.

"We still want to hear from you! We invite you to take our quick survey and tell us what you think about your DDO experience. Your feedback will help us improve DDO and allow us to learn more about what players want out of our game."

I bitched about:

The forums - of course

Light sources - torches, maybe someday DDO will discover fire.

The grindyness - lack of random events in quests...

Rip offs - game store items that can be found in game, or quest packs that say 10 quests but are only 1 quest repeated 10 times

Management - its an online multiplayer game that encourages people not to interact with each other for fear of getting banned

So many items and no place to put them - will they ever have a scroll case?
 
...anyway; I filled out the survey a couple of times - had a good catharsis, hope I don't get banned for it
