Where do you even find the damn things?  I cannot figure out how to give Turbine my money.  I assumed I'd be able to buy them online, but it's pretty horribly designed so I can't figure out if that's even possible and I can't get the stupid splash screen to show now that I want to see it.  As for what I've found, I go to the store, click the link that says it takes me to a list of retailers or whatever, and bam!  Blank page.

The bonus poitns don't apply to web codes, though, so if you're buying for yourself, log into the game and buy points directly through the store.

I was curious whether or not it would.  Thanks for the info.  I'm buying for a friend who had a birthday last week.  I just don't know them well enough to give them my credit card info.

They have in the past had special deals for the Turbine Web Store point codes, bonus points, cheaper deals etc.

Ya, most times you just have to worry about the magnetic strip getting damaged, but I think that ones actually worn off the raised plastic numbers too....
