If you're undergeared, go with either.  The 20 SP/+1 Evo DC is always useful on a pew pewer. If you're a fan of Finger of Death, then another 2 spell pen from wizard will be useful.

If you know me and my toons...there is no IF involved...I'm undergeared and a terrible player to boot! LOL  I think I'll do another wiz then sorc if I can...it is possible with the right levelling group...I just wish I weren't such a sucky player so I could feel like I contribute every now and again.
