Quick question about epic tokens.

Is it possible to turn an epic dungeon token into fragments so I can quickly grab all the epic ingredients I need to make the bajillion of cannith challenge gear I want?

no it's fucking stupid you have to run other epic shit to get the fragments or you can turn in the mats to get the fragments but they rape you to hell with that i ran snitch and claw to get my fragments they are quick and have good yields

You can exchange one epic ingred for another, but you need to use 1 fragment to do so.
