Based on this, they should communicate everytime they make a tiny change in the game, so that those dedicated people would connect and check.
I didn't check the latest round of Lamania... I didn't have the time to go waste hours ( even with the incentive of the TPs ) for a patch that was advertized as a bag bug fix.
The sad part is that it was more than a patch, and it wasn't advertized as such, if it had been I probably would have gone and checked.
This is so true, it's silly.
If I could do targeted testing, I would.
As it was, I stumbled in there with the hope of some free TP and found that both the "Construct Essence" feat no longer worked if you logged out dead and then logged back in dead (until you logged out again, same as it was in 12.something) and there were HUGE problems with ranged geometry...apparently their fix for that was to...break walls? Semi-logical I guess if terrain is causing problems, but for crying out loud, tell us what you're TRYING, EXACTLY, and don't leave anything out.
The playerbase in general knows the existing bugs better than any new staff ever will, and there are far more people in the playerbase than there are people on the QA staff.
This tight-lipped shit has to go.
